DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

“MARTA ARAGÓN”, as the person responsible for the Processing, has the duty to inform the users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an e-mail or by filling in the forms included on the website. Only the data necessary to carry out the contracted service, or to be able to respond appropriately to the request for information made by the User, will be obtained.

Contact forms/e-mail

Purpose: To answer your request for information made through our contact form(s).

Legitimation: The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the User, which may be revoked at any time.

Transfer of data : Personal data will be processed through servers managed by IONOS, who shall be considered the Data Processor. In addition, Our email service provider, through which communications will be made, is Google, LLC, through Google Suite.

Mailing list registration forms (newsletter)

Purpose: Sending commercial communications of interest to the User. As established by the LSSICE, “MARTA ARAGÓN” undertakes not to send commercial communications without identifying them as such. For these purposes, information sent to customers for the maintenance of the existing contractual relationship shall not be considered as commercial communication.

Customer registration/subscription forms

Purposes:

ACCURACY OF DATA

The User declares that all the data provided by him/her are true and correct and undertakes to keep them up to date. The user shall be responsible for the veracity of his or her data and shall be solely liable for any disputes or litigation that may arise as a result of the falsity of such data. It is important that the user informs “MARTA ARAGÓN” whenever there has been any change in their personal details so that we can keep them up to date.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

The LOPD and the GDPR grant data subjects the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. In the event that consent has been given for a specific purpose. the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

PRESERVATION OF DATA

The Customer’s personal data will be processed until the end of the contractual relationship. The period of retention of personal data shall be the minimum necessary and may be kept for up to:

  • 10 years: Art. 25 Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act
  • No deadline: disaggregated and anonymised data.

In the event that candidate data (C.V.) is processed, “MARTA ARAGÓN” may store their curriculum vitae for a maximum of two years in order to incorporate it into future calls for applications, unless the candidate states otherwise.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

“MARTA ARAGÓN” uses the mailing services of https://mailchimp.com/. The userexpressly and unequivocally accepts his/her consent to the processing of his/her data and to the international transfer of such data to this/these service provider(s).

PRIVACY
